We have two main areas of development:
- Proposing a reliable, high-performance and essential solution to distribute freight in department 42, an activity known as last mile
- Offering you, a company in the Roannais sector and Stéphanois area, a complete transport service (express, messaging, pallet, chartering, logistics, dedicated transport, Overseas)

To justify our commitments, our teams are fully committed and trained in the search for solutions desired by our customers. Cognard has the technology required for connected transport: tracking system, web access, etc.
Our two branches
Transports Cognard has two branches, each dedicated to specific activities depending on the sector and the region.
42 RIORGES
EXPRESS – MESSAGING- FREIGHT – LOGISTICS
It is the main branch that provides the most comprehensive offer:
- Courier, express and pallet services for all of France and Europe
- Local logistics services with 8,000 m² of premises
We offer transport from the north of department 42 outwards and transversally either as express or messaging or heavy cargo.
42 VILLARS
MESSAGING – FREIGHT – LOGISTICS
Villars is a branch that enables Cognard SA to be the representative hub for all of department 42.
It connects twice a day to Riorges with inter-site shuttles and provides its transport plan.
